Mission
To provide enriched and supportive school and community environments for youth, families, and seniors by promoting cooperation among service providers who have complementary objectives as they relate to holistic "community health" (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, educational, nutritional, economic, environmental, and safety).
Objectives
Promote service providers' objectives (purposes) and determine how we can best work together to achieve those objectives.
Use a wide variety of community strategies to orient youth, families, and seniors to community health services and resources in order to advance each agency's objectives; these strategies include, but are not limited to health fairs, community events, email distribution lists, websites, door-to-door, direct mailings, phone, newsletters, church bulletins, etc.
Work in partnership with youth, families & seniors to identify and encourage participation in initiatives to improve their own and others' holistic health.
Address community needs through collaboration on identified targeted issues
